Long time, no post.

           Yeah, I know it has been a long time since I posted last. I had a post typed up a few weeks ago, but my computer shut off before I had a chance to post it. Grrrrrrr!

           Well, I have been busy doing nothing besides enjoying every minute of summer break. I have gone up to South Carolina to go to my cousin ,Josh's, graduation and to spend time with my cousins, which was great fun. And I just got back from being gone this past week in Tampa for a workshop for Recording arts offered by the International school of design and Technology (or however you spell it) And we got in plenty of beach time while we were down there, which was quite wonderful! I love the beach. There is so much to do there, everything from boogie boarding to collecting shells. And then ,of course, just lazing about on the sand watching the waves roll by. *sigh*

           Umm, hate to cut this short, but I am going to spend the night at my Nana's and Papa's tonight and I have to go finish packing.

Until next time,

       Sarah

A time for everything

1.There is a time for everything,

And a season for every activity under heaven.

2. A time to be born,

And a time to die,

A time to plant and a time to uproot.

3. A time to kill and a time to heal,

A time to tear down and a time to build;

4. A time to weep and a time to laugh,

A time to mourn and a time to rejoice.

5. A time to scatter stones and a time to gather them,

A time to embrace and a time to refrain.

6. A time to search and a time to give up,

A time to keep and a time to throw away.

7. A time to tear and a time to mend,

A time to be silent and a time to speak.

8. A time to love and a time to hate,

A time for war and a time for peace

9. What does the work gain from his toil?

10. I have seen the burden God has laid on man.

11. He has made everything beautiful in its time,

He has also set eternity in the hearts of men;

Yet they can't fathom what God has done from beginning to end.

12. I know that there is  nothing better for men,

Then to be happy and do good while they live.

13. That everyone may eat and drink,

And find satisfacition in all  his toil;

This is the gift of God.

14. I know everything God does will endure forever;

Nothing taken from it.

God does it so men will revere him.

Ecclesiastes 3:1-14

Lights out

Today was interesting. It started out just like any other Thursday, I woke up, went to piano lessons, and then voice. After I got back from voice and I was waiting for our guitar teacher to arrive, our power went out. Ok I thought it is alright at least the sun is still up, perhaps it will come back on before the sun sets. That was where I was wrong. Seven o'clock, the sun is setting and the power had not come back on. And the worst part was, once our power is out, our security system makes a beeping sound not just for a moment, but perpetually. The first few hours it was bearable, five hours later I was ready to rip my hair out. Well, it was not that dramatic, since our stove was out of use we went to Panara to eat. And then once we got back we played 20 questions by candlelight, so in reality the night was quite pleasant. Other then the fact that I have candle wax under my nails and I am developed a nervous twitch from the monotonous sound, I got through it. jk

Bye for now

The Unwinding Cable Car

Hey,

            I can't think of anything else to type so I'm just going to post the lyrics of my current favorite song. (The name is the title.)

 Emotive unstable.

You're like an unwinding cable car.

Listening for voices,

But it's the choices that make us who we are.

Go your own way.

Even seasons have changed.

Just burn those new leaves over.

So self-absorbed ,

You've seemed to ignore the prayers;

 that have already come about.

This is the correlation between salvation and love.

Don't drop your arms.

I'll guard your heart,

With quiet words I'll lead you in.

Backing away from the problem of pain.

You never had a home.

You've been misguided.

You're hiding in the shadows.

For so very long.

Don't you believe that you've been deceived?

That you're no better then...

The hair in your eyes,

It never disguised what you're really thinking of.

This is the correlation between salvation and love.

Don't drop your arms.

I'll guard your heart,

With quiet words I'll lead you in.

You're so brillant.

Don't soon fotget.

You're so brillant.

Grace marked your heart.

This is the correlation between salvation and love.

Don't drop your arms.

I'll guard your heart,

With quiet words I'll lead you in;

And out of the dark.

Don't drop your arms.

This is the correlation between salvation and love.

Don't drop your arms.

I'll guard your heart,

With quiet words I'll lead you in.
